Julia Christensen is a media artist and writer. she works with technology and consumerism. She builds devices out of electronic trash, mainly video projections. She gets in conversation with people, who donated to her their e-waste, to understand how we consume technology. She is interested in upgrading technological devices in relation to saving data and building archives of media collections.
